Vibeke Fladkjaer Nielsen

Ms. Vibeke Fladkjaer Nielsen is a known Danish specialist in change management and LEAN.

She has a degree in agricultural science (Cand. Agro.) from The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University Denmark, and a master’s in psychology from Aalborg University. She is a specialist working in private consulting and has years of practical and theoretical experience.

Ms. Nielsen is passionate about management and works to manage and optimize production plans. LEAN is a particular focus, especially as Ms. Nielsen has been implementing management tools worldwide in agriculture. Ms. Nielsen is also highly skilled in change management and the psychology processes when working with people and herd employees.
